Alletec - Practice Head - Data (12-18 yrs)

All e Technologies Ltd. - a publicly traded company at the National Stock Exchange of India (ALLETEC) - is focused on providing next generation Digital Transformation solutions and services to enterprises in India, USA, Canada, Africa, and APAC regions.

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Architect / Lead to join our team and lead the Data Practice at Alletec.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing comprehensive data architectures, with hands-on experience in multiple data technologies, could be Snowflake, Azure, and Informatica.

Some key responsibilities of the role are:

1. Leadership and Strategy:

- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the data warehousing practice aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data warehousing and analytics.

2. Client Engagement:

- Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives related to data management and analytics.

- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored data warehousing solutions that address their requirements and deliver business value.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

3. Solution Design and Implementation:

- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end data warehousing solutions, encompassing data modelling, ETL processes, and reporting/analytics.

- Drive the development and deployment of data integration solutions using the MSBI stack, including SSIS, SSRS, Tabular SSAS, and Power BI.

- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of data

The Successful Applicant -:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in data architecture design and implementation.

- Hands-on experience with a variety of data technologies, including but not limited to Snowflake, Azure, and Informatica.

- Proven experience in designing data solutions for at least 2-3 years, followed by a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
