About the Role :

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer (Frontend), you will be a pivotal part of building and scaling our client's enterprise-grade software. This is a unique opportunity to work on highly impactful and visible projects, tackling complex technical challenges within a rapidly expanding global organization. You will be a hands-on technologist, contributing directly to application development, leading project design and implementation, and shaping the technical roadmap and strategies for your product area. This individual contributor role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving architectural excellence.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex, scalable, and high-performance frontend applications using ReactJS.

- Define and implement cutting-edge frontend architecture and development best practices.

- Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement responsive design principles.

- Optimize frontend performance and scalability.

- Lead architectural decision-making processes and provide technical guidance to multiple teams.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

- Grow technical leadership within teams and guide the future direction of software architecture.

- Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend projects.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.

- Contribute to the definition of technical roadmaps and strategies for the product area.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve frontend development processes.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development.

- Nice to have understanding of or experience with modern devops tooling Docker and Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and release processes.

Required Experience :

- 12+ years of industry experience, with at least 10+ years in frontend (ReactJS is a must) software development in a SaaS company or product development organization.

- Experience in leading the design, development, and maintenance of complex, scalable, high-performance frontend applications.

- Experience in leading architectural decision-making processes and mentoring teams.

- Very strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS).

- Deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, responsive design, and web architecture.

Nice to Have :

- Understanding of or experience with modern DevOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
