Senior Practice Manager - IT (15-25 yrs)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to manage the Presales, CoEs, Delivery and Customer Success at Exponentia. The individual will jointly own P & L for the practice along with the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful client engagement, consulting and implementation of data and analytics projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a combination of business management, technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of data and analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing CoEs

- Manage the key CoEs in Exponentia's Data and AI ecosystem

- Develop offerings to keep pace with the market

- Enable teams including Sales, Presales and Technical teams to ensure GTM and Delivery Excellence.

Presales and Delivery Management:

- Lead and manage data and analytics projects simultaneously from initiation to closure.

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.

- Conduct regular status meetings and provide comprehensive project updates to clients.

- Drive GTMs in coordination with Marketing and Sales

- Manage and mentor a Cross-functional team.

- Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and project success.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Technical Oversight:

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality data and analytics solutions that meet client requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data and analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

- Proven track record of successful practice management in Big 4 or Large Sis.

- Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.

- Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Excellent project management skills with a focus on Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
