Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for driving the digital and transformational projects for HR. The incumbent will be responsible to partner with Functional Heads in HR for designing and implementing transitioning strategic HR initiatives & HR technology solutions aimed at driving organizational growth, employee experience and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities HR Technology Strategy, Implementation & Management:
- Develop and execute the HR tech roadmap to align with the NBFCs growth and transformation goals
- Assess emerging technologies and recommend solutions to modernize and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Partner with IT and HR leaders to ensure seamless integration of HR systems across the organization
- Oversee the implementation, customization, and management of HR Technology systems like HRIS, payroll, ATS, performance management, and employee engagement platforms
- Ensure HR technology systems are scalable, user-friendly, and compliant with financial and regulatory requirements
- Champion initiatives that improve the digital experience for employees, fostering engagement and adoption of HR tools
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during technology upgrades or system changes
HR Transformational Projects:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HR projects under the Build-Transfer model, from
conceptualization to transition
- Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics partnering with HR Functional Heads which is aligning with business goals
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive HR project roadmap to prioritize and execute key initiatives
Vendor Management & Compliance:
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring timely delivery and support
- Evaluate vendor offerings to ensure alignment with the NBFCs regulatory and operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, RBI guidelines, and data privacy regulations in all HR technology implementations
Governance & Risk Management:
- Establish governance frameworks to monitor project milestones, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure all HR technology solutions comply with statutes and other data privacy regulations.
- Conduct periodic audits of HR systems and processes to mitigate risks. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution and transitions.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
- Certification in HR technology platforms, Project Management is an advantage.
Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in HR technology, preferably in BFSI/NBFC
- Proven track record in implementing and managing HR systems at scale
- Proven expertise in implementing projects within the Build-Transfer or similar models
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Functional Competencies:
- Familiarity with cloud-based HR tech solutions and APIs for system integrations
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, LMS, ATS, and data analytics tools
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Exposure to machine learning and AI applications in HR processes
