- The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and has substantial experience working with multinational corporations (MNCs), particularly within IT organizations or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- The role requires a demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and effectively collaborate with central HR teams.
- Key responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to address workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement; implementing total rewards programs; leveraging HR analytics for data-driven decision-making; and ensuring operational excellence across all HR processes. The incumbent will play a critical role in driving strategic HR initiatives, supporting change management efforts, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
