We are seeking an accomplished and strategic leader for the role of Senior Director - Human Resources. This critical position necessitates a seasoned HR professional with 20-25 years of comprehensive HR experience.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy Development: Formulate and implement HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and align with organizational goals.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure competitiveness and equity across the organization.
- HR Analytics: Leverage HR analytics for informed decision-making and measuring the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline HR operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor large HR teams, showcasing exceptional leadership and promoting a collaborative environment.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships: Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization to drive HR initiatives and support business objectives.
- Cultural Transformation: Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR function.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 20-25 years of comprehensive HR experience, predominantly in senior leadership roles (Director or above) within multinational corporations (MNCs), particularly in IT organizations or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and mentor large HR teams, demonstrating strong leadership and collaborative capabilities.
- Expertise Required: In-depth knowledge of core HR functions, total rewards, HR analytics, and strategic HR operations.
- Persona: Dynamic, results-driven individual adept at managing complexity and fostering innovation in a fast-paced, global environment.
