Corporate Finance Manager - CA (8-12 yrs)

Job Purpose: The role holder would be a part of the Corporate Finance team and would be working on assignments related to Consolidation, Book closure, MIS, CAPEX review, etc.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Coordinate for the monthly closure of accounts with various divisions as per the checklist and ensure it is completed as per agreed timelines.

- Review the Capex addition and deletions are properly recorded in the books on a monthly basis before closure of books in close coordination with the relevant business units.

- Prepare/ Review monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts including bank reconciliations before the closure of books on monthly basis.

- Prepare MIS on a monthly basis with respect to financial results and provide insights to the Senior Management in line with the defined reporting format on time

- Ensure for Statutory audit requirements accounts are prepared and maintained in accordance with Ind AS and GAPP including Subsidiaries and review the same on periodical basis for adherence to the requirement

- Ensure timely finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and associated reports as per accounting standards and various statutes;

- Closely work with Subsidiaries (Indian and Overseas) and Associates company auditors and ensure closure of standalone audit on time

- Reconcile the transactions with related parties before closure of books of the holding company

- Coordinate and prepare the Consolidation of the accounts of all entities in the group as per agreed timelines

- Coordinate with Statutory auditors to ensure timely completion of Standalone and Consolidated accounts on time

- Close coordination with Internal auditors to complete the audit as per plan

- Benchmark financial results with competition and report on a quarterly basis

Candidate Specifications:

- Excellent Domain Knowledge

- Excellent Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and Excel, Exposure to Data Analytics (preferred)

- Problem-solving and Decision-Making

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Qualification: CA Qualified with 1st or Second attempt

Experience: 6+ years of experience in Consolidation, Book closure, MIS, etc.
