Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies: Work with business leaders to develop and implement HR processes and policies
- Provide HR guidance: Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Improve employee relations: Resolve complex employee relations issues and improve work relationships
- Manage performance: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
- Manage talent: Manage the end-to-end life cycle of employees, including sourcing, hiring, compensation, and succession planning
- Manage training: Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs
- Manage change: Provide change leadership and support ongoing process improvement
- Manage resources: Ensure the efficient use of resources, including people, equipment, and finances
- Stay updated on employment laws: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and provide guidance to ensure compliance

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Hindi & English is must.
