HR Business Partner - Automobile Industry (2-10 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative strategies for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates across various departments and levels within the organization.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet those needs efficiently and effectively.

- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with position requirements and organizational culture.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.

- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and practices to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the quality of hires.

- Candidates working in Talent acquisition and operations role is preferred.
