Key Responsibilities :
Candidate Sourcing and Shortlisting
- Sourcing Coordination: Handle candidates who directly reach out or have been provided by 3rd party sourcing agencies or referred by our internal team members by coordinating between field teams, HR, and managers.
- Shortlisting: Use defined checklists to rigorously shortlist candidates
- Maintaining Sourcing Pipeline: Ensuring that we have enough back-up candidates available by maintaining a strong sourcing pipeline.
Interview Coordination
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews with 3rd party sourcing agencies, field teams, and candidates, through calls and/or emails.
- Assessment: Assist senior managers and SOHs in interviewing candidates, ensuring factors like communication skills, empathy, and learning abilities are evaluated using situational questions and objective ratings.
- JD Clarity and Culture: Ensure that detailed information on the job role, company culture, and career growth path is given to the candidate and update interview data in the tracking sheet for audit and transparency purposes.
Feedback Collection
- Process: Collect interview feedback from key stakeholders (SOH/COM, AMC Coach, Sr. Managers), and update data in shared sheets. To ensure that feedback given by managers to the field team is also captured and supporting in the designing of training materials for the field teams
Onboarding
- Coordination: Manage end-to-end onboarding process by coordinating with 3rd party sourcing agencies, HR, field teams, and candidates.
- Offer Letter & Documentation: Facilitate timely release of offer letters with proper document collection.
- Provision of Resources: Ensure all required resources (ID cards, uniforms, toolkits, PPE, etc.) are provided to new hires (maximum by the first day of training)
- Stay/Vehicle Support: Assist in providing stay/vehicle support if needed.
Employee Retention and Engagement
- Digital ID Cards: Ensure coordination with the field team to obtain necessary employee details for ID card issuance.
- Attendance & Reimbursement: Work with respective stakeholders for accurate attendance tracking and reimbursement processes.
- Retention Tracking: Monitor and report on retention criteria, ensuring adherence to retention strategies.
- Employee NPS: Conduct employee Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys and having a pulse of all the issues the field team is facing and also report them to AMC leadership.
- Exit Interviews: Execute and document exit interviews to provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Employee Engagement: Organize monthly calls with leadership, fun sessions, and promote a referral culture.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency with HR tools, Google Sheets, and email management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Experience in handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
- Empathy towards the issues of field teams and taking initiatives to find effective solutions
Preferred:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (field teams, HR, and leadership).
- Familiarity with situational interview assessments.
This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, and employee retention, ensuring that HR processes are followed rigorously while maintaining excellent candidate and employee experience.
Experience in manufacturing sector and field team operations (Swiggy, Urban Company etc)
