• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements, including design specifications, codes, and permits.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to safety, quality, and environmental concerns.
  
• Provide training sessions for employees on safety procedures, emergency response plans, and quality control measures.
