Job Purpose:

This role requires to process, implement, and develop risk strategies for retail unsecured loan. The role holder would operate and maintain an effective risk management system by creating a robust risk framework for the business that includes risk identification, assessment, mitigation, tracking and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Evaluate Product programs/Policies in line with regulatory guidelines and build strong controls to mitigate risks across all spectrums.

- Monitor portfolio delinquencies at a micro level, identification of segments, locations and profiles which are delinquent.

- Facilitate implementation of technological interventions like scorecards, digital journeys and automation to streamline processes.

- Shape the risk appetite of the product in line with growth objectives and Risk Appetite framework of the organisation alongside risk based pricing.

- Use analytics for tracking portfolio performance trends.

- Serve as a policy expert and conduct trainings when needed.

- Prepare monthly newsletter - snapshot of Portfolio performance, monthly acquisition trend, quality of portfolio and trigger monitoring.

- Capture and share best- practice knowledge amongst the team.
