Head - Credit & Risk

Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for the credit management function and oversee the underwriting / credit control of all loan files

- Facilitate the development and constant updating of risk policies and related frameworks

- Monitoring industry developments as well as financial parameters of clients to detect potential risk triggers and take appropriate steps to mitigate the same.

- Track performance of the portfolio and report on a periodic basis.

- Data & financial model-based predicting and raising triggers by following risk protocols

- Managing a team of risk managers/ associates/ senior associates, to assess credit risk and suggest structures/solutions for mitigating identified risks
