Head - Credit & Risk (12-15 yrs)

We are hiring for a Head of Credit & Risk.

What you will do:

- Overall responsibility for the credit management function and oversee the underwriting / credit control of all loan files

- Facilitate the development and constant updating of risk policies and related frameworks

- Monitoring industry developments as well as financial parameters of clients to detect potential risk triggers and take appropriate steps to mitigate the same.

- Track performance of the portfolio and report on a periodic basis.

- Data & financial model-based predicting and raising triggers by following risk protocols

- Managing a team of risk managers/ associates/ senior associates, to assess credit risk and suggest structures/ solutions for mitigating identified risks

Requirements:

- An MBA in Finance or a Chartered Accountant/ICWA

- b) Working with Banks, NBFCs, Rating Agencies or Venture funds and exposure to SME funding would be useful along with exposure to auto/commercial vehicle financing.

- c) Approximately 12-15 years of proven track record in similar roles.
