Job Description:
Taking responsibility on the credit analysis and risk assessment for recommendation on wholesale deals in emerging corporate segment and managing the portfolio with the following:
- Screening of proposals to be considered for review and due diligence
- Conducting due diligence and field visits on new and existing clients
- Financial and business analysis for client's risk assessment
- Preparation of CAM related materials with risk recommendations and suggestion on covenants and triggers to safeguard company's position.
- Building and analysing various financial model's/ cash flows/ projections and scenario analysis
- Timely monitoring of existing portfolio and highlighting early warning signals.
- Defining the credit policy parameters for the vertical
- Developing views and guidance on various sectors and sub-segments. Industry benchmarking and cross portfolio comparison and analysis
- Liaison with other teams and risk team members to ensure regular updates and monitoring of portfolio clients.
Skill set required:
- Total experience of 10 years
- SME to guide and coach the business and credit team on best practices and build required processes.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to take initiative and run solo on the work being assigned and gradually look to build and manage a team. Flexible to take up new initiatives.
- A team player who can work in sync with internal and external stakeholders
- Clarity in communication and confidence to put forward one's view
- Understanding of ESG related and other emerging sectors will be a positive
- Tier-1 MBA candidates will be preferred
