Deputy Vice President - Credit - Bank (8-10 yrs)

Qualification:

- Graduation in any discipline

- MBA with Specialization in Finance OR CA/CMA/CFA

Experience: Min. 08 Years of Work Experience in Bank with 5 years in Large/ Mid Corporate Credit in Public / Private / Foreign Banks/ Financial Institutions with exposure in MNC Client dealing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Multinational Corporate (MNC) clients.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MNC segment.

- Prepare and present comprehensive credit proposals for new and existing clients.

- Conduct industry and company research to assess creditworthiness and identify potential risks.

- Negotiate and structure credit facilities in accordance with bank policies and risk appetite.

- Conduct thorough credit risk assessments, including financial statement analysis, industry analysis, and competitive analysis.

- Monitor the credit quality of the assigned portfolio and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.

- Ensure timely and accurate loan documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and prepare management reports on credit quality and portfolio performance.

- Lead and mentor junior team members.

- Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance and support to team members.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable banking regulations and guidelines.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory changes.
