Key Accountabilities:
- Support business leaders on holistic HR aspects and people management.
- Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, separations, and retirements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Providing HR Dashboard, MIS & relevant employee analytics with relevant stakeholders.
- Drive employee engagement and training initiatives for the business / function.
- Maintain our HRIS, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in processing all employee data and key HR support to the firm.
- Partnering with the managers and employees - supporting HR processes and driving the people strategy.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Analyzing trends in headcount, attrition, and other HR metrics, you will provide valuable insights that help optimize HR processes and improve employee experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and processes to streamline operations.
- Facilitate the performance review cycle, including goal setting, PIP, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Prepare HR reports for leadership and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure continuous improvement by analysing trends and feedback
Preferred Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive, confident and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
