Job Description

HR Recruiter for a NBFC

Job description:

- Must have experience in NBFC

- Experience in an EV or Solar power company an added advantage

- Handling end-to-end Recruitment cycle

- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.

- Proactively source candidates to build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future job openings.

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to attract top talent.

- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.

- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability, experience, and motivation.

- Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

- Administer pre-employment assessments and tests as needed.

- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders, ensuring everyone is well-informed of the process and candidates' profiles.

- Gather feedback from interviewers to assess candidate fit and provide hiring recommendations.

Applicant Tracking and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the confidentiality of candidate information.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to HR head.

- Ensure basic compliances of HR compliances are fulfilled.

- Take complete charge of shift roster.

- Hands on experience on payroll management.

- Ensure all communications are done via email.

- Keeping the department heads up to date on all the daily activities.

- Routine admin work of HR department.
