Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
  • Meet daily targets set by the company for call handling, resolution rates, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in BPO industry or related field (customer support).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle outbound voice process calls effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.

Salary-

  • Hsc Fresher- 14.8K (Inhand)
  • Graduate Fresher-15 K( In-hand)
  • Graduate with 1 Year of Experience- 16 K( In-Hand)

Rotational Shift and 1 Roational week off


Pickup and Drop from the Thane Station.
