Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
  
• Meet daily targets set by the company for call handling, sales conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in an international voice process environment (BPO/Call Centre).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language proficiency required.
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business needs.
  
• Strong upselling/cross-selling skills to increase revenue generation.
  

Salary Benefits -
