Job Summary : Facilitate communication between individuals with hearing impairment and phone call participants by providing real-time captioning service.

Responsibilities :

• Provide clear and accurate communication between parties
• Manage call flow, ensuring seamless connections and minimal disruptions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Undergraduate/ Graduate both can apply
• Freshers can apply
• Ready to work in the rotational shifts( Night shifts)
