Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Semi Voice Process)

Location: Ambattur, Ambit IT Park, Chennai

Work Mode: On-site

Job Summary:

We are hiring candidates with experience in International Semi Voice processes, preferably from the BPO industry. As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle customer inquiries and concerns via calls, ensuring effective communication and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Graduation mandatory.
  • Freshers are eligible.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (strong verbal and non-verbal communication skill).
  • Prior experience in an international voice process (BPO experience preferred).
  • Ready to work in a night shift environment.

Work Schedule:

  • 5-day work (complete night shift)
  • Rotational week off (any two days off)
  • 2-way cab will be provided

Compensation:

  • Salary: 3.00 LPA
