• Provide customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and voice calls.
• Handle international customer inquiries with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions.
• Work in a blended process environment where you will be part of an international team handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Utilize your communication skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Meet performance targets set by the company for quality assurance metrics like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition etc.
