  • Job Description:
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Operations professional with 0-2 years of experience in BFSI. The ideal candidate will specialize in financial operations, underwriting, risk assessment, and process optimization. You will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, performing financial analysis, managing MIS reports, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end operational workflows and oversee seamless execution of insurance processes.
  • Conduct underwriting tasks, including risk assessment, background verification, and due diligence to mitigate potential risks.
  • Perform pre-login verification calls and ensure data accuracy to maintain client trust and regulatory compliance.
  • Streamline documentation processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and improve customer onboarding, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce operational redundancies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analytics on underwriting performance for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal guidelines, minimizing audit risks and penalties.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and operational protocols.
  • Provide technical support to insurance agents across India, ensuring smooth app operations.
  • Resolve payment discrepancies, verify policy transactions, and track KPIs through MIS reports.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience in financial operations, underwriting, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MIS reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle operational challenges.
