EY is hiring for the role of Analyst in International Voice Process for one the Uk Captive.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role, highly preferable in an international voice process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral accent.
• Familiarity with British Telecom programs and services is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in flexible hours.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Voice Role: Primarily focused on handling international customer inquiries and issues through voice calls.
• Online Front-Ending
• Upselling: Requires the ability to identify upselling opportunities and integrate them into customer interactions.
• Inbound Operations: Deals with incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Customer-Focused: Prioritizes customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
