Job Description:

Customer Service Executive - Blended Process(Need to handle L2 Escalations) -1 year of experience.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 1 year of Experience only in Customer Support (Voice or Non-Voice) is a Must.
• Excellent Written & Spoken English Skills.
• Graduation is a Must.
• 6 Days work and 1 Day rotational week off
• Should be within the Boundary limits for cab facility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduation (bachelor's degree) in any field is mandatory.
• 6 months - 1 year Documents are mandatory.

Languages Required & Salary Slab:

*Tamil & Telugu 20,500 CTC, Take home - 16,691K-(Read,Write,Speak)

*Hindi 23500 CTC, Take home - 19,826K-(Read,Write,Speak)

*Malayalam & Kannada 22,500 CTC, Take home- 18,308K-(Read,Write,Speak)

Job Location: Chennai (Ambattur)

6 days of working & Day rotational shifts
