Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns through chat and email professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate and complete information in response to customer inquiries.
• Resolve issues within the defined service levels.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments following the escalation process.
• Maintain records of interactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a chat or email support role within a BPO industry.
• Education: Graduates or undergraduates can apply.

Skills:

• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach.

Additional Details:

• Type: Full-Time
• Working Days: 6 days/week (Rotational Shift)
• Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts).
• Work Environment: Dynamic and fast-paced.
