We are hiring for Flipkart Domestic Process (Email, Chat, and Inbound Support)

Job Type: Work from Office

(Immediate Joiners Only)

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Work Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational week off)

Job Responsibilities

* Handling Email, Chat, and Inbound Support processes.

* Assisting customers with their queries and providing resolutions via chat and email.

* Maintaining quality service by following operational guidelines.

Open Positions & Salary Details

* Freshers

(0 to 11 months of experience): ₹16,000 (In-Hand)

* Experienced

(12+ months of experience): ₹16,400 (In-Hand)

* Additional Benefits: Rotational Shift + Cab Allowance

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate (any stream)

Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Availability: Must be ready for immediate joining
