Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat, email, or non-voice processes.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  
• Work on backend operations such as data entry, processing, and follow-ups.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry (freshers welcome).
  
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  
• Proficiency in handling international chats/emails/non-voice processes (blended process).
  
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry tasks.
