Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of quality professionals to achieve excellence in quality management systems (QMS).
  
• Develop and implement effective QMS processes, including auditing, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Ensure timely completion of projects related to QMS implementation, maintenance, or upgrade.
  
• Manage quality operations, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry with expertise in CSAT, Six Sigma Certified, Team Management, TQM, and 7QC tools.
  
• Strong understanding of BQ Management principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead high-performing teams.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team environment.
