Project & Quality Manager

Overview: The Project & Quality Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the adherence to project and organizational processes, managing scope creep, monitoring project financials, ensuring quality assurance, and promoting analytics-driven decision-making. Reporting directly to the Business Head, the incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Process Management:

• Develop, implement, and maintain project management processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with established processes and standards throughout project
  lifecycles.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and
  effectiveness.

2. Scope and Financial Management:

• Engage with clients to understand project scope, execute an effort and cost estimate
  exercise, monitor project scope and budget on day to day basis to prevent and address
  scope creep / cost escalation.
• Track project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with leadership and project teams to ensure timeline and financial targets are
  met.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Establish and enforce quality assurance standards for project deliverables.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure projects are run with established processes and tools to ensure discipline and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor project and individual level quality and recommend actions to address performance issues.
• Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and ensure continuous improvement.

4. Analytics and Data-driven Decision Making:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret project data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize project performance.
• Foster a culture of fact-based decision-making within project teams and the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in legal services industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Post Graduate degree in Management (MBA)
• 7-15 years of proven experience in delivery management, project management, process improvement, or related fields
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable.

Good to Have:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in MS office suite is a must. Advance skills in MS excel and Client ready presentations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong Data Analytics Skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Knowledge of working on the Relativity Platform.
