The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, answering product-related queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Handle technical queries from customers via phone, email, and chat

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products/services

- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries

- Utilize knowledge base and internal resources to resolve customer issues

- Escalate complex issues to senior technical support team as needed

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and first-call resolution targets

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA/BSC Computer science/ Bsc It, Btech, Diploma in Engineering after 12th

- Strong technical knowledge of [specific technologies or products]
