Job Title: Technical Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, answering product-related queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

- Handle queries from customers via phone, email, and chat

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our products/services

- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries

- Utilize knowledge base and internal resources to resolve customer issues

- Escalate complex issues to senior technical support team as needed

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and first-call resolution targets

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA/BSC Computer science/ B.Sc. It, B.Tech, Diploma in Engineering after 12th

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
