Manager - Agency Development - Insurance (2-3 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Agency Development Manager to join our team in RR Nagar. The ideal candidate has strong experience in field sales and agency recruitment, with at least 2-3 years in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors/agents to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage, hire, and train a group of insurance agents and consultants.

- Create and execute sales strategy to increase revenue.

- Agents should be encouraged and mentored to increase performance and productivity.

- Find new business prospects and broaden your market.

- Regularly hold training sessions to improve adviser proficiency.

- Make certain that the monthly and yearly sales goals are met.

- Cultivate and preserve enduring connections with customers and trading partners.

- Keep an eye on consumer preferences, rivalry, and market developments.

- Verify compliance with business regulations and legal obligations.

- Inform senior management on a frequent basis on sales results.

Candidate Profile:

- A minimum of one year in BFSI sales and two to three years of field sales experience are required.

- A track record of building successful sales teams via hiring, training, and development.

- Strong ability to build relationships, negotiate, and communicate.

- Knowledge of reaching and surpassing sales goals.

- Understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.

- The readiness to travel for business development inside RR Nagar and its environs.
