Role: Sales Development Representative
Objective: Find new business prospects, manage and develop a sales force, and assist in the company's growth. One of the most important individuals in a company is a business development manager (BDM), who finds new business prospects and creates plans to expand the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish objectives and make plans for increasing revenue and business.
- Conduct market research and put strategies into action to reach new markets.
- Find possible customers in such markets.
Leads should be followed up with and assisted during the sales process.
- Establish team objectives and create strategies to meet them.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree or its equivalent.
- Two to three years of field sales and marketing experience.
- Between the ages of 21 and 38.
- Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and lead a group.
Strong communication abilities.
