Role: Sales Development Representative

Objective :

- Find new business prospects, manage and develop a sales force, and assist in the company's growth.

- One of a firm's most important employees is the business development manager (BDM), who finds new business prospects and creates plans to expand the company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Establish objectives and make plans for increasing revenue and business.

- Conduct market research and put strategies into action to reach new markets.

- Find possible customers in such markets.

Leads should be followed up with and assisted during the sales process.

- Establish team objectives and create strategies to meet them.

Requirements:

- Graduate degree or equivalent.

- 2 to 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing.

- Age between 21 and 38 years.

- Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and lead a group.

Strong communication abilities.
