Scrum Master - Agile/Kanban (6-9 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile practices and delivering high-quality projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of Agile processes and help teams continuously improve.

Responsibilities :

- Act as a servant leader for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).

- Guide teams in implementing and adhering to Agile and SAFe principles and practices.

- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.

- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maximize productivity.

- Monitor team performance metrics, track progress, and report on Agile delivery status.

- Foster strong communication and collaboration within teams and across stakeholders.

- Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to scaling Agile practices.

- 6-9 years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.

- Mandatory SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist).

- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a distributed setup.

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Rally, or similar tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Background in Automotive Electronics, Cybersecurity, or IT domains.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
