Senior Sales Executive - BFSI (2-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, typically 2+ years.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
