Job Description

Title : ServiceNow FSM Analyst.

Location : Remote.

Experience : 2-4 years.

We are urgently seeking qualified candidates for the FSM Analyst position.

The successful candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into functional specifications for development, enhancing the system, or implementing new features.

Strong technical acumen, including experience with coding, scripting, or working as a developer, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ongoing projects and system improvements.

- Recommend and implement value-added solutions that address the business needs of the company.

- Assist in the configuration and customization of various software modules, including scripting and basic coding where necessary.

- Document functional specifications for system corrections and effectively communicate them to the development team.

- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and provide necessary clarifications.

- Oversee the execution and documentation of unit tests and user acceptance tests (UAT).

- Prepare and deliver user training sessions on implemented projects, ensuring clarity and understanding.

- Identify and recommend the appropriate deployment strategy, contributing to its execution.

- Monitor the progress of projects and system improvements to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues as necessary.

- Exhibit a solid understanding of system integrations, API interactions, and their relationships with other software applications.

- Process Automation (PA).

- Integration Hub.

- Field Service Management (FSM).

- Scripting & Automation (JavaScript, Python, or similar languages).

- API Integrations.

Required Skills & Experience :


- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, preferably within ITSM, CSM, PA, or similar environments.

- Strong understanding of integration concepts and experience working with multiple software modules.

- Hands-on experience with coding, scripting, or technical configurations in FSM-related platforms.

- Experience with functional specification documentation and supporting developers through the implementation cycle.

- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data exchange methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and developers.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Timezone : The ideal candidate should be able to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone, as the role requires close collaboration with teams in this time zone.
