Key Responsibilities :
1. ServiceNow Development & Customization :
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, primarily focusing on ITSM, GRC, Service Portal, and CMDB modules.
2. Module Expertise :
- Work on ITIL, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and other ITSM processes to ensure effective delivery and implementation.
3. Integration & Configuration :
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.
- Customize the ServiceNow instance and configure workflows, forms, and business rules.
4. Leadership & Mentorship :
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure high-quality solutions.
5. ServiceNow Core Concepts :
- Deep understanding of client-side and server-side scripting within ServiceNow.
- Manage platform fundamentals such as instance cloning, upgrades, transactions, and plugins.
6. Customer Interaction :
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and implement enhancements.
- Participate in client meetings and demonstrate strong communication skills.
7. Documentation & Best Practices :
- Ensure proper documentation of configurations, code, and solution designs.
- Follow best practices for ServiceNow development and maintain high standards of code quality.
8. US Overlap Hours : Comfortable working during US business hours (12 PM IST to 10 PM IST).
Required Technical Skills :
1. ServiceNow Development : Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2 years in an ITSM module (Incident, Change, Problem Management, etc.
2. ServiceNow Modules : Strong experience in ITSM, GRC, Service Portal, and CMDB.
3. Core Concepts :
- Proficient in client-side and server-side scripting in ServiceNow.
- Familiar with platform administration, instance cloning, plugins, and upgrades.
4. ServiceNow Certifications : ServiceNow CAD or CSA certified is highly preferred.
5. ServiceNow ITIL Module : Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITIL module and its application in real-world scenarios.
6. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Integration Skills : Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications.
Nice-to-Have Skills :
1. GRC & Service Portal : Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Service Portal development.
2. Scripting & Automation : Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, REST API, and SOAP integrations within the ServiceNow platform
