Guidewire Developer - PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Integration Development :

- Understand and implement Guidewire platform integrations including PolicyCenter (PC) and ClaimCenter (CC).

- Write Java and GOSU code based on system requirements to ensure smooth integration across systems.

- Develop and modify rules and rulesets within the Guidewire platform to meet functional and technical requirements.

2. Design Documentation :

- Create efficient High-Level and Low-Level Design documents based on system and business requirements.

- Ensure that the design aligns with best practices and integrates effectively with existing systems.

3. Ownership of Integration Work :

- Take ownership of the integration tasks, ensuring the solution is scalable, maintainable, and adheres to performance and security standards.

- Collaborate with the Integration Lead to ensure successful integration of Guidewire with other applications and platforms.

4. Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to understand and implement integration requirements.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment on integration deliverables.

Key Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in Guidewire integrations, particularly with PolicyCenter (PC) and ClaimCenter (CC).

- Proficiency in Java and GOSU programming languages.

- Hands-on experience creating and modifying rules and rulesets within the Guidewire platform.

- Knowledge of integration patterns and methodologies used in Guidewire.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Guidewire development, specifically in Integration.

- Proven track record in designing and implementing integrations within the Guidewire InsuranceSuite.

Certifications (Required & Preferred) :

- Guidewire Certified Associate - InsuranceSuite Developer (Required).

- Guidewire Certified Specialist - InsuranceSuite Integration (Required).

- Guidewire Certified Professional - InsuranceSuite Integration (Preferred).

- Guidewire Certified Ace - InsuranceSuite Integration (Optional)
