ServiceNow Solution Consultant - ITSM/ITOM Modules (1-2 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and design innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow and AppEngine.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow instances to meet specific customer requirements.

- Develop and implement custom AppEngine applications to enhance ServiceNow functionality.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Document solutions and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).

Required Certifications : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for at least one ServiceNow module

- Additional ServiceNow certifications 1-2 years of experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ITOM platforms.

- Basic understanding of ServiceNow development and customization, with a strong desire to specialize in AppEngine.

- Familiarity with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and other relevant development frameworks (a plus).

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a team environment.
