Job Title : Oracle HCM Consultant.
Job Type : Remote.
Experience Level : 4-8 years.
Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to design, implement, and support Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, and other HR modules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
- Work closely with HR and IT teams to optimize HCM functionalities.
- Provide end-to-end support for Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Performance, and Talent Management modules.
- Develop and customize reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct system testing, UAT, and training for HR users.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
- Stay updated with Oracle HCM product releases and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications : .
- Experience : 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Hands-on expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, and Compensation Modules.
- Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
- Experience with OTBI, SQL, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot workflows, approvals, and security roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with third-party integrations (i.e., payroll providers, benefits systems).
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
