Oracle HCM Technical Consultant - Implementation & Support (5-12 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP HCM implementations and/or upgrades, with expertise in Core HR and Compensation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions

- Develop reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Configure and support reports

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions

Requirements :

Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP HCM implementations and/or upgrades

- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM covering Core HR and Compensation

- Proficiency in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI

- Familiarity with relational and dimensional logical data modeling

Functional Skills :

- In-depth experience in HCM modules of Oracle Fusion/R12 covering Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Time & Labor

- Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions

- Ability to review business processes and translate them into BI reporting and analysis solutions

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
