Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, specializing in the Benefits and Compensation modules, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong configuration skills, the ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions, and experience in implementing and supporting these modules in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of HCM solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules for Benefits and Compensation, tailoring the solution to client-specific business needs and ensuring that the system is optimized for usability and scalability.
- Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Benefits and Compensation, and translate these into functional designs and configuration.
- Identify functionality gaps within the Fusion HCM system and propose solutions, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and aligned with business needs.
- Lead client workshops to demonstrate the capabilities of Benefits and Compensation modules, provide expert guidance, and address specific inquiries.
- Perform end-to-end testing of the configured solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure functionality aligns with the client's requirements.
- Troubleshoot functional issues related to the Benefits and Compensation modules, providing timely resolution and working with Oracle Support if necessary.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, process flows, and end-user training materials.
- Lead train-the-trainer and end-user training sessions to ensure client stakeholders are fully equipped to manage the system post-implementation.
- Utilize OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) to design and deliver custom reports, enabling clients to gain insights from their Benefits and Compensation data.
- Ensure that the solution aligns with industry best practices and complies with legal and regulatory standards for benefits and compensation.
- Provide post-go-live support, resolving any issues or changes requested by the client, and ensure smooth transitions from implementation to day-to-day operations.
- Stay up-to-date with new features and updates in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, particularly those related to Benefits and Compensation, and communicate these changes to clients.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits and Compensation modules.
- Proven ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and deliver comprehensive configuration solutions.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, particularly in the Benefits and Compensation domains.
- Experience developing functional specifications and documentation to support both project and end-user needs.
- Familiarity with OTBI reports and data analytics in an HCM context.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Oracle HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to Benefits and Compensation, and the ability to recommend best practices to clients.
