Job Description :
The Oracle HCM Functional Consultant will play a pivotal role in the design, development, testing, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, customizations, and deployments for Trianz's internal functions. This role involves collaborating closely with business teams to ensure the successful implementation and enhancement of HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Solution Design and Delivery :
- Lead the analysis and design activities within the HCM domain, covering modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
- Develop solution blueprints and design processes for project implementation, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices.
2. Implementation and Customization :
- Translate business requirements into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and functional designs.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and teams (technical, functional, and business).
- Support new implementations and enhancements by addressing functional and technical requirements.
3. Testing and Quality Assurance :
- Coordinate and execute comprehensive testing of configured solutions with users, ensuring functionality aligns with business requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly during testing phases to ensure a smooth deployment.
4. Training and Support :
- Develop and deliver user training materials to ensure effective adoption of Oracle HCM solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support to resolve any user issues and optimize system performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum of five years of experience in a Functional Lead role.
- Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Global Human Resources, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Workforce Compensation.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion releases.
- Strong understanding of business processes in the HCM domain and the ability to translate them into system requirements.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Implementations and Upgrades.
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, and deployment within Oracle HCM Cloud.
