Subject Matter Expert - ServiceNow (3-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Independently Perform Tasks :

- Expected to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and handle tasks independently while contributing actively in team discussions.

Collaborate & Analyze Requirements :

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define requirements for ServiceNow applications.

Design & Develop Applications :

- Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow IT Service Management platform to meet organizational needs.

Create Technical Documentation :

- Develop and maintain technical specifications, documentation, and implementation guides for application development.

Testing & Debugging :

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure seamless application functionality and performance.

Provide Application Support :

- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues to maintain optimal system performance.

Stay Updated :

- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and ServiceNow updates to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Mentor Junior Team Members :

- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Technical Skills & Requirements :

Must Have :

Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM :

- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow IT Service Management platform.

- JavaScript, HTML, CSS: Expertise in using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow customization.

ITIL Knowledge :

- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they integrate with ServiceNow.

Problem-Solving :

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve application issues.

Good to Have :

ServiceNow Workflows & Modules :

- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows and modules.

ITIL Framework Knowledge :

- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices to enhance ITSM processes.

Team Collaboration :

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and contribute to collective goal
