Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead to join our team on an urgent basis.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering large, complex automation programs, excellent communication skills, and experience working with US clients.

- Proficiency in C#, Selenium, and Azure DevOps is required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the QA automation team in designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions.

- Develop and execute automation strategies for large, complex programs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and DevOps.

- Communicate effectively with US clients, providing regular updates and status reports.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality automation solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior team members.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in QA automation, with a focus on C#, Selenium, and Azure DevOps.

- Proven track record of delivering large, complex automation programs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working with US clients and adapting to their time zones (12 noon to 9 pm typically).

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
