Job Description

Job Title: SAP Business Development Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SAP Business Development Executive/Manager with 3+ years of experience in sales and business development within the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP SF, SAP SAC, and other modules.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for SAP solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand business requirements and recommend SAP solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Client & Partner Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, SAP partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal SAP consultants and technical teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and manage long-term relationships.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for different SAP solutions and industries.
  • Stay updated with SAP innovations and contribute to business expansion plans.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive business growth.
  • Support in organizing SAP-related events, webinars, and client meetings.
  • Maintain an updated CRM for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP sales, business development, or IT consulting.
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP SF, etc.).
  • Proven track record of lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, excel and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

  • Experience working in an SAP partner or IT consulting firm.
  • SAP Certification in SAP PTP, FI or OTC will be preferred.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term business relationships.
