Civil Planning Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the civil engineering aspects of metro depot construction, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for civil works.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage site activities, ensuring progress meets planned milestones.
• Oversee the construction of foundations, structures, roads, and utilities within the depot.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and international standards (e.g., FIDIC, ASTM, ACI, BS).
• Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor construction quality.
• Implement corrective actions for deviations from the project scope or quality standards.
